Aimed at students aged 11-18, these online panel discussions will feature industry professionals talking about their job roles, industry, career pathways and top tips. There will also be an opportunity to ask questions during the discussion, via the chat function managed by the teacher/career leader. Events from April 2023 onwards will be announced soon.

Featuring panellists from across a range of creative industry sub-sectors working in some of the lesser-known ‘behind the scenes’ roles, this discussion will demonstrate how students can apply a huge range of skill sets and interests and have an exciting and fulfilling career in the creative industries. The panellists include:
Gwyn March, CPD Adviser at the Institute of Practitioners in Advertising (Chair)
Marcia Blackwood, Hair and Make Up Designer whose credits include Top Boy, Jingle Jangle: A Christmas Journey, Man Like Mobeen and Years and Years
Eugene Matthew, Production Accountant at Netflix
Lisa Pemberton, Head of People at Cogent, an advertising agency based in the West Midlands
Jerry Knight-Smith, Trainee Solicitor at Counterculture Partnership LLP and former Head of Casting and Associate Director at Manchester Royal Exchange Theatre
