Of all the creative industries, design is one of the fastest-growing sectors. So, what does a designer do? Which subjects will offer the best route to UX design? What does it take to manage a studio?
From a Studio Manager organising the projects that an agency wins so that the agency can find the right people to work on the job through to Graphic and Digital Designers working on creating visuals that communicate ideas or products to people; there are many people that make sure a design agency delivers work both to a deadline and of the highest quality, often under pressure. There are career pathways in design, art, project and account management, marketing, finance, legal and many more!
The event took place during London Design Festival, which celebrates and promotes the city as the design capital of the world.
