About Heather Walker
Heather Walker is Creative Programmes Manager at Tees Valley Combined Authority managing the development and implementation of strategic, region-wide cultural investment programmes including the Tees Valley Creative Education Partnership. Prior to this role she was Deputy Director at Eden Arts in Cumbria, an Arts Council England, National Portfolio Organisation, devising, programming and delivering large-scale cultural festivals, events and cultural and creative learning programmes across Cumbria. She has also worked for Tees Valley Dance as Company Manager and has a degree in Dance.
