Mim Shaikh is an actor, broadcaster and spoken-word poet. He has starred in over 12 film and television productions including his debut lead role in the dark-comedy feature film Freehold (2016).
He has also starred in multiple BBC television productions such as Informer (2018), Casualty (2019), King Gary (2020) and Doctors (2020).
As well as his growing acting career, Shaikh is a broadcaster and debuted with his documentary Mim Shaikh: Finding Dad (2018) on the BBC which saw him travel to Pakistan to trace his biological father. He has also appeared on Celebrity Masterchef (2019) and Pilgrimage: The Road to Istanbul (2020).
