Abubakar Salim combines the work of acting with being a video-game developer.
He is both a TV actor and been a voice actor in games. He was Bayek in Assassin's Creed: Origins (2017), for which he was nominated for a BAFTA, and has starred in other video games such as World of Warcraft: Battle for Azeroth and Bossa Studio's The Bradwell Conspiracy.
In television, he has appeared in Black Mirror, Jamestown (2017), Informer (2018) and Ridley Scott’s Raised by Wolves (2020).
With all that success behind him, he set up his own games development studio, Silver Rain Games, in March 2020, in order to create a new transmedia universe.
