Meet Jonathan Williamson, Machinist and Alison Hilton (AKA Betty), Refurb and Cutting Manager at Costumes with Character. They're part of a team creating bespoke character costumes for some of the world's most recognisable brand mascots, then producing and shipping them globally for their clients.
