About the opportunity
Ever wondered how podcasts, radio shows and audio stories are made? This interactive workshop with Bespoken Media gives pupils a behind-the-scenes look at careers in radio, podcasting and audio production and shows that there’s no single route into the industry.
Designed for S1–S6, this 45-minute session combines real-world insight with hands-on activity. Pupils will hear directly from an audio professional about their “squiggly” career journey, learn what makes a great radio producer, and take part in a short practical exercise that brings the world of audio to life.
Sessions can be tailored to specific year groups or opened to all pupils, depending on your school’s needs.
The session is led by prestigious audio company Bespoken Media, who produce material for top broadcasters like the BBC, to arts & culture groups and innovative brands.
