About the opportunity

The Octagon and Westlands based in Yeovil is an entertainment venue, it is part of an NPO (National Portfolio Organisation) supported by Arts Council England, focused on improving arts engagement in Somerset.

We hold regular talks for Primary, Secondary and College pupils/students that focus on the roles in the theatre industry, producing theatre and creative careers within the sector. These talks are approximately 15 minutes and usually take place in assembly halls. However we are able to extend the sessions for ages 16+ and offer a class workshop alongside the talk.
