AGES 14-19 • 2-5 DAYS • IN-PERSON
Multi-day work experience
Host a minimum of three young people for 2–5 days, tailoring work experience to your team and weekly activity. Options include tours, staff Q&As, projects, live briefs and real industry challenges. Requires a physical workplace and over two employees.
AGES 18-24 • 2-5 DAYS OVER 1-3 WEEKS • IN-PERSON
SWAPs (Sector-based Work Academy Programme)
Connect with pre-trained, job-ready candidates through a flexible, supported programme. Welcome local young people aged 18+ into your workplace for 2–5 days, helping them build essential skills while contributing to your day-to-day activities.
AGES 18-24 • 3+ MONTHS • IN-PERSON OR HYBRID
Creative Access traineeships
Invest in diverse emerging talent by offering local 18–24-year-olds paid placements lasting 6–12 months. Creative Access provides specialist recruitment, training and wraparound support, helping your organisation develop the next generation of creative professionals.
