Please allow 5 to 10 working days for approval and upload (for example if you submit the form on 23rd October expect it to show no earlier than 6th November). 

All event submissions are reviewed and subject to safeguarding checks before publication. Please submit your event well in advance to allow enough time for these checks to be completed. We cannot guarantee publication of last-minute submissions.

Ensure all details are completed as soon as possible to avoid disappointment. We may be in touch for further details if needed.
