We are excited to announce a new partnership with Inspiring the Future, run by Education and Employers; a programme which gives schools direct access to real people in real jobs.
We’ll be working with Inspiring the Future to reach schools and creative industry employers across our 2025 – 2026 programme, with a focus on Discover! Creative Careers Month this November. The partnership will forge more long lasting connections between educators and industry and offer young people aged 11-18 meaningful careers encounters.
The Inspiring the Future programme connects state schools and colleges with employers and people from the world of work. Volunteers are diverse, ranging from Apprentices to CEOs, Archaeologists to Zoologists pledge just one hour a year to volunteer in state schools or colleges to talk to young people about what their job is really like, their career route and sector insights.

About Discover! Creative Careers Month
Running throughout November 2025, Discover! Creative Careers Month is an industry-led initiative designed to provide young people aged 11-18 with encounters and experiences of the creative industries through in-school, workplace and online opportunities.
During the month, hundreds of employers from across the creative industries will volunteer their time to offer free activities to schools/colleges that will inspire young people and inform them about the thousands of job roles and pathways that exist in these thriving sectors. Schools/colleges and industry can register their interest here.
