The Creative Careers Programme is working in partnership with the Careers and Enterprise Company to strengthen careers advice in schools by recruiting new Enterprise Advisors from across the creative industries. We want you to join us!
Enterprise Advisers are volunteers who work strategically with school or college careers leaders to bring together business and education. Using your experience and professional networks you will champion industry engagement and help develop a strategy for structured careers provision putting creative career opportunities at the heart of a young person’s education.
Using your valuable insight into our sector, you will bring to life the world of creative work, ensuring all young people are aware of all the pathways available to them.
You’ll be supported by a trained, full-time Enterprise Coordinator and provided with a range of practical resources to help you in your role. You will also benefit from peer support from other volunteers and will further broaden your network of contacts.

- Host a work experience placement for a state school student through S4SNextGen and get free support with recruitment, planning and delivery
- Deliver a talk in a state school about your own career pathway through an organisation like Speakers for Schools and inspire a young person to follow in your footsteps
